Email Manager
Hepsia's Email Manager is an all-in-one e-mail management solution, which will grant you total command over your e-mailbox accounts and email newsletters. With this easy-to-use graphical user interface, you can create a new e-mailbox account in an instant and administer its settings easily. Also, you can redirect mail messages from one mail account to another, finetune e-mail filters, set up autoresponders and shield your e-mail boxes against spam electronic mails.
Anti-Spam Protection
We have a server-side anti-spam filtering solution, so you can secure all your mailbox accounts against spam e-mail messages. You can also change the anti-spam protection level from 'Very Low' to 'Very High' to make certain that no undesirable emails will find their way into your e-mail box. Your mail messages will be filtered out based on their spam score. You can also decide whether a mail message marked as spam should be erased or redirected to a given e-mail account.
Email Filters
Email filters are ideal for sorting your incoming mail messages according to specific rules specified by you. Creating mail filters is very easy - all you need to do is fill out a simple form and your mail filter will be activated and will take effect instantaneously. You can easily set up a mail filter for any of your e-mail accounts and specify the email filtering criteria according to your wish.
Email Forwarding
You can quickly redirect your incoming mails from one e-mail account to another, or even to several other e-mailboxes. Just choose the e-mail account you want to forward email messages from, then specify the target email box and indicate if you wish to keep a copy on our servers.
Auto-Configuration Options
With the Email Manager interface, you can quickly configure the mail client of your liking to access your e-mailbox accounts. Simply go to the Auto-Config column next to the e-mailbox account you wish to set up on your desktop PC or cellular phone and click on the mail client that you would like to use (Microsoft Outlook, Outlook Express, Mozilla Thunderbird or Apple Mail). Then a file will be created for you. Drag the file to your email client and the new email mailbox account will be set up in a minute.
More Features
With the Email Manager GUI, working with multiple e-mail box accounts at the same time is child's play. The Email Manager interface will also permit you to easily create an auto-reply message - specify the message you want people to read and our system will handle everything else. And if you would like to set up a catch-all e-mail box - you can achieve that with a simple mouse click on the Catch-all icon.
